As an independent privately owned surveying practice we work throughout England and Wales for Private, Corporate and International clients. 

We have office facilities in London, Bristol, Birmingham and Leeds whilst our administration takes place in Taunton, Somerset. From here we conduct a large range of surveying services ranging from RICS Home Surveys to Specific Defect Reports and from Listed Building Surveys to Snagging Inspections.

Whether you are buying your first home in Dorset, moving house in Rochester, or extending your property portfolio in Oxford, we are here to help. Use our expertise and knowledge to make an informed decision no matter what requirements you have.

Unlike the steam-punk camera on this page, we have top of the line modern kit including drones, cameras poles, the latest thermal cameras and premium range hydrometer damp meters at our disposal. 

We are unlikely to be the cheapest surveying firm you will find on the market, instead we pride ourselves on taking time to do the right thing rather than ticking boxes on electronic tablets to move on to the next job. 

Our surveyors are fully qualified with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, are straight talking, approachable and above all take pride in their work. Most of the team have a specialist practice area and these range from Party Wall Surveyors to Historic Building Consultants to Surveyor Trainers. And, of course, our team are always happy to talk to you before and after any service we conduct.
